First-line Support Technician
Permanent Full-Time
Salary: £14k - £16k depending on experience.

You will be responsible for providing first line support to our customers, resolving day to day technical issues. This role will involve frequent on-site visits to customers so your own car is a necessity. You will need to have a passion for solving problems and enjoy working and communicating with a variety of people both technical and non technical.

Good experience of Microsoft technologies, including Windows XP and Office. Experience with server based products such as Microsoft Server 2003, Microsoft Small Business Server and Microsoft Exchange would be beneficial. Any Microsoft Certifications would be an advantage.

Digital Home Technology Integrator

A vacancy exists for a Digital Home Technology Integrator. The ideal candidate will be certified by the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA). Consideration may be given to a qualified electrician who is willing to be trained to the required standard. Consideration will also be given to a partnership with an established Electrician business who wish to re-train and expand into this growth area
